Incentivating collaborators and customers to improve human and work results, this is the spirit with of our incentive activity proposals.
We can stay together for an hour or a week, with a mix of nature, sport, adrenaline and good food. We only create customized incentive events to best suit the needs of the participants.
Our most particular activities: 4×4 driving tour, 4×4 and quad treasure hunt, rally experience, quad skill tests, vintage cars tours, giant games, food orienteering and much more.
We organize incentive activities throughout Italy. If required, we can also organize the activities abroad.
Team Building
We create the parallel between work and fun.The trainers find people open and careful to succeed in the game and therefore in the job.
There are training and leisure moments coordinated by the company trainer or our partners.
The activities created are particular to suggest the participants: 4×4, Quad, rally cars, problem solving, adventure areas, wood orienteering and much more. Activities and training plans dedicated to the training needs of the company and participants.
We organize activities throughout Italy, starting from the base in Barga – Lucca. If required, we can also organize the activities abroad.

Our base is in Garfagnana and Media Valle del Serchio in Lucca but we operate everywhere.
From a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 1.000 people we can guarantee the organization of Incentive or Team Building Events.
We are open 365 days a year, without break. We can organize events during the day and also in the evening managing all the logistic and the organization of activities.
Yes, our Staff can manage events in English, French and German.
From our website pages it’s possibile to have an idea of the events we organize. Anyway we can realize any kind of request, even if it’s not on our catalogue.
Some activities can be organized in any weather condition indeed, with 4×4 for example it is much better to have rain and mud. Normally when we plan an event we always consider to have ready a B plan in case of bad weather.
Absolutely yes. An event is planned for all the participants, don’t need any specific preparation. Sure is that a well trained person is more facilitated in activities but a well trained mind is more facilitated in logic and strategy activities.
drivEvent Adventure is the agency that deals each aspect of the event, participants hospitality too: lunches, dinners, coffee break, hotel and everything needed.
